Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
